Salsa Recipe

Salsa recipe:

1 can chopped tomatoes

1 lime (juice only)

1 garlic clove

1 bell pepper

1/2 onion

Red jalapeno peppers (jar)

Salt and pepper

 

Finely chop the bell pepper and onion and microwave till al dente. Add to the chopped tomatoes, along with the juice of the lime and the garlic glove crushed. Mix well and add chopped up jalapenos and salt/ pepper to taste.

I love having this as a dip or on my burgers and if you are familiar with Slimming world its Syn free and bursting with speed food!!!! 🙂
