On the 7th January 2016 I started my Slimming World Journey. Enough was enough and I wanted to do something. I do have medical conditions that contribute to my weight but in all honesty I am the main contributor to my weight gain – mainly through eating little and when I did I made bad choices.
It is my aim to share my story and some great recipes along the way in the hope if it helps others it’s all been worth while putting it out there.
